Hello All, I’m Sal and I am the proud owner of Sals Desserts.

A bit about me and a back story of the creation of Sals Desserts.

Baking has always been in my blood since the first day I picked up my mixing bowl 10 years ago 16 years old sal would never of though I would end up where I am today living my dream every single day. From an early age baking was everything to me however little old me went from baking for my family and friends to creating my very own dessert shop. Even alongside education I knew where my passion lied and that was always with baking even through my teenager years and early 20s, I knew what I wanted to be and what I wanted to do with the rest of my life so I got to work. I eventually started a at home baking business for countless number of years I was baking from my small kitchen creating amazing cakes and cupcakes for all occasions and delivering them by myself day and night. Fast forward a couple of years I was working 3 jobs 9-5 which I absolute hated alongside dealing with server depression and overworked which took a huge toll on my physical and mental health I knew something had to change. So the day came, the day I’ve dreamed about since I was 16 yrs having enough money to purchase a property. Fast forward to present day my shop is filled with blood, sweat and many many tears but I’m able to say it’s mine! I finally quit my 9-5 and put absolutely everything into creating my dream shop and I’m thrilled to say that that was the day when Sals Desserts was born. I turned my dream into reality and running my dessert shop still till this day always always puts a smile on my face.
